Mike Wax and Joshua Linn have leased 4,300 SF lease at 2001 Williams Drive in Oxnard. The new tenant leased the warehouse facility for 3-years to expand their e-commerce operations. Mike Wax represented the landlord and Joshua Linn represented the tenant in the transaction. The warehouse facility featured a minimum 18′ clearance height, fire sprinkler system, and new LED lighting.
