Joshua Linn is a Vice President with IPA Commercial and heads the firms Westlake Village office. A commercial real estate specialist since 2005, Joshua consistently has proven to be a top performer. Throughout his career, Joshua has completed over $700 million dollars in transactions, comprised of over 7 million square feet of area. Joshua specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial and commercial properties within the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County markets. Working closely with each client, Joshua strives to help determine the appropriate strategy for his client’s specific business and personal wealth goals. His focused process, creativity in the deal process, and overall tenacity are all hallmarks of Joshua’s overall strengths.
